If you book this unique overnight stay, you will be taken to the island by boat. Once you arrive in this magical hotel suite in the center of Amsterdam, you will be left with just one wish: to stay here forever. 2 single boat transfers per night are included (once upon arrival and once upon check-out) and a late check-out at 12:00.

You will be sleeping in an old bridge keeper's house. The Amstelschutsluis, built in 1673, is a historical masterpiece from the time of Rembrandt. The bridge keeper's house has been converted into one of the most unique hotel rooms you can find in Amsterdam. The interior is inspired by the heritage and includes a luxurious double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, and fridge) and a rain shower. There is even a terrace on the island. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a cool drink here and watch the boats sail by. This romantic accommodation is perfect for couples in love or for a wedding night.

Ferry
Per night, 2 free transfers with a private captain are included. For a one-night stay, this means one transfer upon arrival and one upon check-out. Each additional night adds two crossings. Have the captain sail you to the quay for a visit to Amsterdam's famous Carré Theater (next to bridge house Amstelschutsluis) or eat and drink in one of the many cafés and restaurants the city has to offer. Each additional crossing costs 75 euros.

Check-in
After your booking is made on Vipio, the hotel will contact you directly to discuss your arrival time. The captain of the boat will be waiting for you at the quay to take you to the Amstelschutsluis bridge house in five minutes.

Parking / public transportation
Parking is possible in the vicinity of the accommodation. Reservation is not possible. Parking costs: € 7.50 per hour. Amsterdam central station can be reached within 14 minutes by streetcar. It is also possible to come by boat.
