This extraordinary wrap-around cottage, uniquely designed accommodation crafted from sustainable materials including wood, cardboard, and flax. Nestled on the picturesque land of an arable farm in Walcheren, a captivating peninsula in the western part of Zeeland province, the cottage offers a casual atmosphere and abundant space for relaxation. It's the perfect setting for unwinding or letting children's imaginations soar as they enjoy the trampolines, swings, slides, go-karts, and sandbox—all just a stone's throw away from the pristine beach and sea!

Indulge in the simple joys of life as you embark on a long morning walk through the enchanting dunes of Oranjezon or enjoy the breathtaking sunset from the comfort of your own garden. These unforgettable moments will leave a lasting impression.

The tiny house is designed on a single level and can be accessed via a three-step staircase. The front and back of the house are adorned with glass panels, allowing natural light to flood the interior. The rounded corners, combined with serene wooden furnishings, create a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly feels like home. Step into the living kitchen at the front, where you'll find modern amenities such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom, situated in the middle section of the house, features a toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, and shower. Two bedrooms are tucked away at the rear and middle parts of the house, providing convenience for families with early-to-bed children. Each bedroom boasts a comfortable box spring (160x200 cm), two bedside tables, and we also provide a high chair and folding baby bed (60x120 cm) upon request. Enjoy the privacy of your own front and back private terrace, totalling 25 m2, while the expansive garden surrounding the cottage, adorned with lush plantings (no fence), offers ample space for play and a stunning view of the dunes and arable land. You're welcome to barbecue, but we kindly request refrain from doing so during dry periods to ensure safety. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bicycle shed located on the other side of the sanitary building in the adjacent mini camping area, accessible through the green sliding door. Additionally, one parking space is provided near the house, with plenty of additional parking available elsewhere on the property.

Situated on the fringes of a nature reserve, our tiny house offers boundless opportunities for long walks amidst scenic landscapes, where encounters with rabbits and deer are not uncommon. Venture a little further, and you'll find yourself on the mesmerizing beach, gazing out over the vast expanse of the sea. If you're in the mood for a day in the city, the charming and vibrant town of Middelburg is just a short-distance away. The neighbouring village is also home to various terraces, restaurants, and a supermarket, ensuring all your needs are easily met.
