This beautiful detached vacation home is located directly on the (sailing) water and has a sunny garden all around and parking space. The accommodation can be found in the harbour area of the cosy village of Heeg on Heegermeer. In the immediate vicinity are all kinds of facilities that will make your stay even more enjoyable. For example, rent a boat, bike, canoe or sup board. Is the weather warm and sunny? Then go to cool off on the beach.

The vacation home
The house is attractively furnished and fully equipped. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, suitable for up to 8 people. Downstairs is an 8-person dining area, a large lounge sofa in the living room and a television. The modern kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combo magnetron with oven and an induction hob. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and a third bedroom with a double bed. Here is also the bathroom with shower, sink, radiators and a second toilet. On the second floor is the fourth bedroom, it is furnished with a double bed. This bedroom has large windows with beautiful views of the Heegermeer. Outside on the terrace by the water is a nice lounge sofa with cushions and a parasol, also an 8 person dining area. From the garden you can take a splash in the water or step into your rented boat.

Surroundings
The beautiful nature reserve 'De Poelen' is great for a relaxing boat trip to Oudega, Gaastmeer or Sandfirden, with various possibilities to go ashore for a picnic or a terrace on the water. Of course you can also go shopping or grab a terrace in the cosy centre of Heeg.
