Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups.
