Enjoy rest and entertainment in this luxury villa in Ribamar, located on the beautiful Silver Coast (Costa da Prata) of Portugal, a 45-minute drive from Lisbon/Airport. The region is known for its beautiful beaches, perfect for surfing and/or other recreational activities. There are fantastic restaurants serving fresh fish and local seafood. The villa has 367 m2 of living space and is situated on its own land of 5,600 m2. It has an unobstructed view over a green valley, where dinosaurs dominated long ago. The villa has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a fully fenced garden with lots of privacy and a lovely terrace with a private pool. Welcome to Villa Casa Branca!

Accommodation
The villa is attractively decorated with beautiful and quality furniture. The living rooms have several sitting areas and (sliding) doors leading to a large terrace, ideal for outdoor living and enjoying the Portuguese sun. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The garden, with several lawns, flower beds, palm trees and various types of fruit trees, is well maintained. Around the pool are spacious sun terraces with comfortable sunbeds and garden chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. The barbecue is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and you can dine out of the wind. The villa also has its own water source!

Classification
Ground Floor
Excellent fully equipped kitchen with a door to a large terrace. The dining room has a dining table with generous seating (two high chairs available). The villa has a spacious living room with comfortable chairs, satellite TV/Netflix, DVD player and of course free WiFi. This room therefore lends itself to relaxing on a lounge chair, reading a book or enjoying the view over the valley. The second living room is furnished as a game room, including an authentic game table. On the first floor there is also a bedroom (double bed), an additional bedroom with a double sofa bed, three bathrooms and storage space with access to both garages.

Above
On the right side of the villa are two bedrooms. One room has a double bed, walk-in closet, with a bathroom en suite. If you open the balcony doors you can enjoy the evening sun on a private balcony. The other bedroom has a bunk bed for the children with unobstructed views over the valley. This includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, bathtub, sink and bidet. There is a closet on the landing. On the left side are also two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with twin beds) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bath, sink and bidet. Here is also the access to the balcony at the front and rear. A perfect place to wake up with a cup of coffee while overlooking the valley.
