Superbly located forest cabin in Gelderland

This cosy forest cabin (for up to 3 persons) can be found in the nature reserve the Lochemseberg. From the house you walk straight into the forest where you can walk around for hours without meeting anyone. If you take the other direction then you are within 1 minute on the most beautiful ATB track in the Netherlands! The holiday home with private access is located together with another holiday home in a forest. The forest estate consists of a food forest, lots of flowers, a permaculture vegetable garden and animal housing for the cows, sheep, chickens, and guinea fowl of the owners.

The holiday home.
The house is decorated with vintage designer furniture and art. The use of natural materials provides a nice living environment. The natural house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. There is a well-equipped dining kitchen with a very large kitchen table for reading a newspaper, playing games or working. The living room has a cosy fireplace and a nice couch where you can relax after a long walk. Outside is an enclosed garden with a terrace, furniture and BBQ.

The area
In the vicinity of this accommodation you can do some great walking, running, mountain biking or recreational cycling. Near the holiday home is also a golf course. Would you like to visit a nice town? The Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen are less than a 20-minute drive away. Would you rather visit a larger city? Apeldoorn is about 35 minutes away by car. Visit a museum here, the Apenheul or go shopping.
