The water villa has three bedrooms and the bedroom with two comfortable beds is ideal for the kids. The large kitchen is fully equipped, but you will want to spend most of the time in the lovely living room. Because of its low position, you can observe the water life up close from the huge sofa.

The robust exterior, inspired by the black barns of the North Holland polders, is continued inside in the sleek kitchen and many industrial accents. What characterizes the interior above all is its gracefulness. There are tributes to the water everywhere, from the tiles with carps, golden fish traps as lamps and wallpaper made of nautical maps. The entire house is energy neutral and equipped with solar panels and a heat pump system.

Here, you live in the midst of the seasons; in the summer you can sail beautifully. In autumn, it is a pleasure to walk or cycle in Wormer and Jisperveld. In winter, you can skate on the small, shallow ditches. When spring arrives, you can see the lambs frolicking in the meadows. The picturesque village of Oostknollendam is a 20-minute drive from Amsterdam, also attractions such as Volendam and the North Sea coast are easily accessible.
