Sleep in an old-fashioned train carriage

How cool would it be to sleep in a real train car?! This train wagon is located in a beautiful place on a campsite. The train wagon with its locomotive are built on train tracks and to make it complete, the terrace is built like a platform. The locomotive "Tattie" is owned by a train museum from 'Baasrode'. Hop on board!

This authentic wagon accommodates up to six people and is fully equipped. There are three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and two rooms with bunk beds.

In the wagon you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cold and hot water, a refrigerator, and a gas stove. In the cozy sitting area, you can also watch TV. This accommodation is heated and therefore also great to book in the colder months.

The campsite is located in the region of Wieringerwerf in North Holland. In the immediate vicinity there is much to do, and you can go on lovely walks. The cozy seaside resort Callantsoog is also just a 40-minute drive away. And also the "Lutjestrand" (beach) by the IJsselmeer is always worth a visit. And if you prefer to visit a city, you can easily drive to Alkmaar or Amsterdam.

For hygiene reasons, you book the bed linen per person. The landlord ensures that the beds are made upon arrival. Kitchen towels are also provided. You only need to bring your own towels for showering.
